INTRODUCTION

1.1. PURPOSE OF POLICY. Flynndustries, LLC (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors, users and customers of this site (“Site”) and the 1 Day Business Breakthrough service (“Service”). We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to provide you with information on our data collection and usage practices.

1.2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

PLEASE NOTE: We are a general audience site, and do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 13 years of age. This Site and Service is directed at adults. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a Site user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.

INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES

2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?

(a) We collect information in a number of ways including, but not limited to:

(i) Newsletter Submission – You may join our newsletter list to receive periodic mailings such as videos, text information and news. Should you join, we will collect the name and email address you provide.

(ii) Voicemail submission – You may submit questions to us via voicemail for the purpose of having them discussed in a podcast. We collect whatever information you provide in said voicemail submissions.

(iii) Personal Contact – You may contact us through the Site. Should you do so, we will collect said information and hold it for use in responding to you and maintaining records of client contacts.

(iv) Purchases – We maintain information regarding purchases to access the live events we offer. When you purchase a ticket or online passport, you will do so through Eventbrite. The company will necessarily maintain your personal information as part of the payment processing and forward your identity and contact information to us. We do not share your information with any third parties who will directly market to you. We do share said information with third parties who assist in the functioning of the site such as hosting companies, newsletter facilitators and payment processors.

(b) Modification or Removal Process. Please contact us if you wish to modify or remove your information. We maintain records of all purchases as evidence the transactions occurred, but will remove you from all marketing campaigns.

(c) Privacy Policy Modifications and Updates. We may update and modify this Privacy Policy. If so, we will post a notice on the Site for 30 days prior to the change going into effect as well as send a message to any email address, if any, provided to us by you.

(d) Effective Date: The effective date shall be January 12, 2015.

(e) Do Not Track Signals. We do not honor do not track signals forwarded by browsers and other programs.

(f) Third Party Tracking: We do use and allow certain third party tracking to facilitate the analysis of the pages of the Site. We use certain third party services such as Google analytics. Google participates in the NIA opt out program. You can visit this link to view all companies including Google that track you and opt-out from being tracked. We also maintain a Twitter social media button and you can read the privacy policy of Twitter here to learn more about Twitter privacy and tracking practices. To block parties from tracking you, try services such as the Privacy Badger offered by the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

(g) California Eraser Law. This site is intended for use only by adults. Nonetheless, we comply with the California Eraser Law. If you are under 18 and wish to remove content you have forwarded to us, please contact us. If the content has already been published, please keep in mind that erasing it from our Site does not necessarily mean it is removed from other sites on the Internet.

2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?

(a) AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

(b) COOKIES. From time to time, we may use the standard “cookies” feature of major browser applications that allows us to store a small piece of data on your computer about your visit to our Site. We do not set any personally identifiable information in cookies. Cookies help us learn which areas of our site are useful and which areas need improvement. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser. However, if you choose to disable this function, your experience at our Site may be diminished and some features may not work as they were intended.

USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1. WHAT DOES COMPANY DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?

(a) PERSONAL INFORMATION. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with the services offered by us or to comply with the law.

(i) Newsletter Submission – We use your information only to communicate with you by sending e-newsletters containing content from us.

(ii) Voicemail submission – If we select your voicemail for use in a podcast, your exact voice mail will be used in the podcast including your name and any information you provide. Please do not submit voice mail questions if you wish for your name and question to remain private.

(iii) Personal Contact – If you contact us through the site with a general question, we will use the information you provide to respond to the question.

(iv) Purchases – We will maintain a record of your purchase for our accounting records and to maintain a record of who may participate in each event. Please note your purchase also acts as an agreement to receive email newsletters and messages from us as detailed herein and in our terms and conditions.

(b) ANONYMOUS INFORMATION. We use anonymous information to analyze our Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, or to display the content according to your preferences.

(c) USE OF COOKIES. We may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests or for other purposes.

(d) DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Company or its parent company, subsidiaries or affiliates, (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Company or the users of the Site, or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or users of the Site or Service.

(e) SALE OF INFORMATION. In order to accommodate changes in our business, we may sell or buy portions of our company or other companies or assets, including the information collected through this Site. If Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.

(f) DMCA – Should we receive a DMCA takedown notice for any content uploaded by a user, we will reveal the personal information required under said law in the processing of the takedown notice.

SECURITY

The Site has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.

The Site may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
